Recipe for oink hot dog
This recipe for Øf Hot Dog was created by Jesper Græm during his time at Rasses Skovpølser. He was known for his beef sandwich, and here he uses pork in many different ways to make a delightful gourmet hot dog.
It combines classic flavors with a modern twist and is perfect for a quick yet delicious dinner for two. The secret behind this recipe lies in the use of quality ingredients, each contributing to the overall taste experience. The crispy bacon around the juicy frankfurters provides a fantastic contrast, while the grated Gouda adds a nutty flavor and creamy texture. The homemade bacon mayonnaise adds an extra dimension of depth and richness, making this hot dog something truly special. Garnished with fresh cress, you get a freshness and slightly spicy flavor that perfectly balances the rich ingredients. This recipe isn’t just a hot dog; it’s a gourmet experience in itself.
