Easy and quick chocolate mugcake

A super quick and very delicious chocolate cake made in the microwave!
Absolutely perfect when you want something really easy but still really tasty.

Ingredients
- 4.2 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 50 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2.3 gram Baking Soda
- 48 gram Wheat Flour
- 10 gram Cocoa powder
- 90 gram Milk
- 30 gram Butter Melted
- 28 gram Chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the butter. Mix vanilla sugar, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, flour, and salt well together. Stir butter and milk into the flour mixture. Fold chocolate chips into the mixture. Grease the cups with a little butter. Divide the batter between the two cups. Bake the mugcakes together in the microwave for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Serve with a bit of ice cream or whipped cream.
