Ingredients
- 400 gram chicken thigh cut into bite-sized pieces . or 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pcs. Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 pcs. Carrots into smaller pieces
- 1 pcs. Squash into smaller pieces
- 4.6 gram Ras el Hanout Moroccan spice mix
- 1 gram Cilantro ground
- 2.1 gram Cumin ground
- 1.3 gram Cinnamon
- 1.5 gram Chili Powder
- 21 gram Honey
- 700 gram Chicken Broth
- 1 handful Raisins
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the chicken in oil and cook the onions, garlic, and spices.
- Add vegetables, chicken, honey, and broth and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
- Add raisins and let them simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with white rice
- Enjoy your meal!
