Recipe for mexican chicken

- 400 gram Chicken Tenderloin
- 3.5 gram Smoked paprika
- 0.5 gram Oregano
- 2.8 gram Garlic Powder
- 2.1 gram Cumin
- 1 gram Cilantro
- Spices Salt and pepper
- Oil For frying
- 100 gram Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken meat in a bowl and mix it with all the spices. Let it sit and marinate for about 5 minutes. Fry the meat in the oil in a pan (or a grill pan as I did in this case) for about 5 minutes on each side. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the grated cheddar cheese until it melts. The meat can be used in a pancake, either baked in or as a savory pancake. Additionally, it can be used in a sandwich or in a toast bread.
