Ingredients

  • 100 gram egg white
  • 100 gram Powdered Sugar
  • Fruit color can be omitted

Instructions

  • Mix the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk stiffly with either a whisk or electric mixer.
  • When the mixture is stiff enough that you can turn the bowl upside down without it falling out, you have the desired consistency for your meringue.
  • Divide the mixture into three smaller bowls and add a bit of food coloring in the colors green, yellow, and blue. Gently fold the mixture with a spatula until the color is evenly distributed.
  • Put the mixtures into 3 different piping bags and choose nozzle tips according to the desired appearance.
  • Bake them in the oven for 1 hour at 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) and let them cool.
