Ingredients

  • 200 gram egg white
  • 200 gram Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Place the egg whites and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until the egg whites and powdered sugar are thick and gooey.This takes about 20 minutes on medium speed.
  • Put the meringue into a piping bag and decorate a delicious cake, then torch the meringue with a small blowtorch or pipe onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake them for one hour at 110 degrees Celsius (230 degrees Fahrenheit).
