It’s both easy and quick, and gives a perfectly crispy result every time. Perfect for a quick dinner or as part of a larger meal.

Medister in the Airfryer
Equipment
- 1 Airfryer
Ingredients
- 500 gram Medister Sausage
Instructions
- Preheat your airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Pierce the sausage in several places on the top with a fork or a sharp knife. This prevents the sausage from bursting during cooking.
- Place the sausage in the airfryer basket.
- Cook the sausage at 180°C for 10 minutes. Then gently turn it over and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side, or until the sausage is golden and crispy.
- Remove the sausage from the airfryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve the sausage with mashed potatoes, green salad, stewed cabbage, or as part of a traditional Danish dinner with red cabbage and brown gravy.Tips:
- For an extra flavor dimension, brush the sausage with a bit of oil and sprinkle with your favorite spices before cooking.
- Keep an eye on it during cooking to ensure it doesn't get too much color on one side.
