  • 1 Airfryer

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Medister Sausage

Instructions

  • Preheat your airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Pierce the sausage in several places on the top with a fork or a sharp knife. This prevents the sausage from bursting during cooking.
  • Place the sausage in the airfryer basket.
  • Cook the sausage at 180°C for 10 minutes. Then gently turn it over and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side, or until the sausage is golden and crispy.
  • Remove the sausage from the airfryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:

Serve the sausage with mashed potatoes, green salad, stewed cabbage, or as part of a traditional Danish dinner with red cabbage and brown gravy.

Tips:

  • For an extra flavor dimension, brush the sausage with a bit of oil and sprinkle with your favorite spices before cooking.
  • Keep an eye on it during cooking to ensure it doesn't get too much color on one side.
