Ingredients

  • 160 gram Pearl Barley + lightly salted water for boiling
  • 13.6 gram Coconut Oil
  • 200 gram Sliced ​​beef
  • 1 pcs. Red Onion sliced
  • 0.5 pcs. Broccoli in small florets
  • 36 gram Oyster sauce
  • 32 gram Soya
  • 21 gram Honey
  • Salt and Pepper

In addition

  • 50 gram Arugula
  • 30 gram Lemon Juice
  • Salted almonds

Instructions

  • Set the pearl barley to boil (about 25 minutes).
  • Melt coconut oil in a hot pan, add the beef and let it brown slightly.
  • Add onion, broccoli, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and honey - let it simmer for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Toss the arugula with lemon juice and arrange the arugula on 2 plates.
  • Drain the pearl barley and mix it with the beef mixture.
  • Arrange the mixture on top of the arugula.
  • Sprinkle with chopped, salted almonds and serve.
