Recipe for mazarin tart
Mazarin tart is a classic; we’ve all bought it. But try making it yourself with fresh dark chocolate and fresh ingredients. The cake is soft and fresh, and with the dark chocolate on top, a mazarin tart is perfect for occasions with guests, Friday coziness, or any other event.

Mazarin Tart
Ingredients
- 200 gram Marzipan
- 200 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Butter Soft
- 4 pcs. Egg
- 120 gram Wheat Flour
- 200 gram Dark chocolate
- 4 gram vanilla powder
- 7.2 gram Baking Soda
Instructions
- Start by whisking sugar and butter together.
- Then whisk in the eggs, little by little.
- Mix the vanilla powder, flour, and baking powder together, and fold into the egg mixture.
- Take a springform pan and grease it.
- Put the dough in the springform pan and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Let the cake cool down.
- Make a water bath to melt the chocolate, and spread the chocolate on the cake afterward.
- Once the chocolate has hardened on the cake, it is ready to serve.
