Recipe for leeks sous vide
Delightful leeks cooked sous vide. I guarantee you’ve never tasted such a delicious leek before.
Vegetables can truly be transformed into a great result with a bit of salt and butter and a trip in the “magic” water bath.
In general, we Danes don’t spend enough time pampering our vegetables, so they often just get “simply” boiled in water. This is actually a very harsh cooking method for vegetables, so I would instead recommend steaming, beurre monté, or sous vide.
