My take on Kisir/Kısır/Bulgur salad. A lovely salad based on bulgur, parsley, and tomato paste. The salad can be eaten on its own or as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Bulgur fin
- 550 gram Boiling water
- 30 gram Tomato Puree
- 1 handful Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/3 pcs. Cucumber
- 0,5-1 pcs. Red Onion
- 14 gram Pomegranate Syrup
- 1 handful Parsley
- 1/3 handful Mint
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- olive
- Feta
- Pickled garlic
Instructions
- Start by adding the bulgur to a bowl, then add the water.
- Add immediately 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and stir everything well.
- Set the bulgur to soak under a tea towel for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop the cucumber, tomato, parsley, and mint.
- When the 15 minutes are up, pour the chopped vegetables and herbs into the bulgur.
- Stir everything well together, then add pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and salt, and adjust the taste.
- Finally, garnish with feta, olives, and pickled garlic - and the dish is ready to be enjoyed.
