Recipe for khobz (moroccan bread)
The classic Moroccan bread, which is used with almost every dish.
In most Middle Eastern cultures, we use bread to eat our dishes with instead of a knife and fork.
The Moroccan bread can be made either with white flour (as seen here) or with whole grain flour, both are equally delicious.
The bread is very simple to make:

- Make a small indentation and crumble your yeast in.
- Pour water into the indentation and dissolve the yeast.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic - it should not be wet.
- Divide the dough into 2 and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
