
Recipe for irish coffee
Our take on a delicious Irish coffee and the correct Irish coffee sequence.
Warm coffee, smoked whiskey, brown sugar, and of course whipped cream on top.
The ideal way to end a great meal. ⠀

Equipment

Ingredients
- Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp. Liquor Irish cream
- 1 tsp. Brown sugar
- Strong coffee
- 4 cl Whiskey
- Cinnamon a bit
Instructions
- Start by whipping some light cream.
- Mix a teaspoon of good Irish cream liqueur into the whipped cream.
- Place a large teaspoon of brown sugar at the bottom of the glass and pour over with good, strong coffee.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 4 cl of good Irish whiskey, and stir gently again.
- Then carefully place the whipped cream on top of the coffee.
- Sprinkle a very small amount of cinnamon on top of the whipped cream.
- Drink the hot coffee through the cold whipped cream (straws and teaspoons are completely banned).
