Recipe for indian-inspired chicken soup with greens

Super delicious dish packed with flavor; Indian-inspired chicken soup with lots of vegetables

The ingredients in this soup blend so well together; tender chicken, curry, sweet apples, carrots, bell peppers, powerful ginger, and mild coconut milk that rounds it all off nicely. The soup takes only a little half-hour to whip up and is perfect for cool weekdays – or as an exciting dish for guests. I serve it with a mild, slightly sweet flatbread that pairs perfectly with the flavorful soup.
