Hamburger Steak in Airfryer
Equipment
- 1 Airfryer
Ingredients
- 400 gram Ground beef
- Salt and Pepper
- 14 gram Butter or oil
- Flake Salt
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into four equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a hamburger steak by first rolling the meat into a ball in your hand and then flattening it with your palm. Make sure the edges don't crack.
- Lightly grease the bottom of your airfryer with butter or oil to prevent the steaks from sticking.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) C and let it run for a few minutes without any food in it.
- Season them with salt and pepper on top.
- Place the hamburger steaks on the airfryer rack and give them about 12 minutes, or until they are crispy and almost cooked through. Consider flipping them halfway through the cooking time for a more even frying.
- Add some flaky sea salt on top.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as a fresh salad or oven-roasted vegetables.
