Recipe for grilled red pointed cabbage
Grilled Red Pointed Cabbage – a super quick and easy side dish for a great barbecue evening.
The lovely red pointed cabbage is super beautiful, with its striking purple/red color. It is wonderfully crisp and has a mild cabbage flavor, making it a great way to start enjoying cabbage if you’re not too fond of the “cabbage taste”.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pointed Cabbage Red
- 27.2 gram Oil Red
- Spices Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wash the cabbage thoroughly and cut it into 4 equal parts lengthwise. Cut it into 6 parts if you are 6 people.
- Dry them well, either with a dish towel or paper towel.
- Brush the cabbage with oil on all sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the cabbages for 3-5 minutes on each side on a medium heat grill.
- 3 minutes on each side if you prefer them a bit crunchier, and 5 minutes if you prefer them a bit tenderer.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
If you can't get red pointed cabbage, you can simply substitute it with regular pointed cabbage instead.
