Ingredients
- 250 gram Halloumi Cheese
- 13.6 gram Oil
- Spices Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice the cheese lengthwise. The slices should be around 1 cm thick.
- Brush them with a little oil.
- Heat your grill (or grill pan) until it is very hot and place the cheese on it.
- Grill for a few minutes on each side and the cheese is ready.
- Season with a bit of salt and pepper if desired.
