Green Summer Salad with Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Avocado diced
- 1 pcs. salad romaine lettuce - washed and coarsely chopped
- 1 can Chickpeas drained
- 1 pinch Aromat Spice seasoning
- 1 dash Garlic Oil
- 1 handful parmesan flakes
- 1 dash Olive Oil preferably with truffle flavor
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
- Place the chickpeas in an ovenproof dish and add truffle olive oil, seasoning, salt flakes, and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Bake the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until they are crispy. Let them cool.
- Place the romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl and sprinkle with a little seasoning.
- Add the avocado, cooled chickpeas, and parmesan flakes.
- Drizzle garlic oil over the salad and gently toss everything together.
