Recipe for gratinated goat cheese in a casserole
My suggestion for a delicious, albeit slightly unconventional, snack for New Year or other festive occasions.
It might be somewhat divisive due to the goat cheese, but it’s a great mix of richness, crunchiness, and sweetness.

Ingredients
- Goat Cheese a roll about 7 cm in height
- Bread 2 handfuls - torn into pieces
- 0.5 pcs. Pear cut into small pieces
- 1 pcs. Figs
- 19 gram Light syrup
- Basil Leaves
- Oil a little
Instructions
- Oil the bread pieces and place them in a casserole dish with pears and goat cheese that is cut into smaller pieces and mix it together. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) until the bread is slightly crisp and the cheese has started to melt. Take the dish out and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the syrup over the dish and garnish with fig, cut into wedges, and basil.
