Equipment
- Bowl
- Stand Mixer Optional
- Knife
- Pot
- Microwave Optional
Ingredients
Pizza dough with nutella cream
- 13 gram Yeast
- 200 gram Water lukewarm
- 14 gram Oil neutral
- 6 gram Salt
- 4 gram Sugar
- 265 gram Wheat Flour I used Tipo 00
Sides
- 1 l Frying Oil
- Sugar to coat the dough in at the end
- Nutella 1 glass
Instructions
- Mix water, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl and dissolve the yeast and then add oil.
- Gradually add the flour. If using a machine, divide the flour into two portions.
- The dough should come together but can be slightly "sticky".
- Next, let the dough rise for 60 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
- Once the dough has risen, sprinkle some flour on the table and place the dough on it. Do not knead it.
- Then use a dough scraper or a knife to cut the dough into small pieces. You will get about 30-35 pieces depending on the size. Shape them as you like.
- Heat the oil in a pot. Then fry the dough pieces in the oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Remove them and place them on some paper towels.
- Toss them in sugar.
- Before serving, warm the Nutella in a pot or microwave, pour into a glass, and you are ready to serve.
- Enjoy.
