Mix water, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl and dissolve the yeast and then add oil.
Gradually add the flour. If using a machine, divide the flour into two portions.
The dough should come together but can be slightly "sticky".
Next, let the dough rise for 60 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Once the dough has risen, sprinkle some flour on the table and place the dough on it. Do not knead it.
Then use a dough scraper or a knife to cut the dough into small pieces. You will get about 30-35 pieces depending on the size. Shape them as you like.
Heat the oil in a pot. Then fry the dough pieces in the oil until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Remove them and place them on some paper towels.
Toss them in sugar.
Before serving, warm the Nutella in a pot or microwave, pour into a glass, and you are ready to serve.
