Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Pot or a wok or pan

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2-4 pcs. Chicken Fillet - approx. 600 grams in strips
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Chili
  • 1 tsp. Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 0,5 tsp. White pepper
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 2 pcs. egg white
  • 3 dl Oil for frying

Marinade

  • 2 dl Soya
  • 0,5 dl Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Sauce

  • 1-2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic chopped
  • 1 pcs. Red pepper in strips
  • 1 pcs. Yellow pepper in strips

Instructions

  • Pour a grill starter and prepare the grill for direct heat.
  • Heat a pot or wok over direct heat.
  • Pour oil into the wok and heat it up.
  • Turn the chicken strips in garlic powder, paprika, chili, coriander, cumin, white pepper, and flour.
  • Carefully place the chicken strips in the hot oil and fry them, turning them with a slotted spoon. After about 8 minutes, take the chicken pieces out and place them on absorbent paper.
  • Place a pan on the grill and pour a little oil on it, fry chopped garlic in the oil.
  • Add red and yellow bell pepper strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the soy marinade into the pan with the bell peppers.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with noodles and a bit of chili sauce.
  • Enjoy your meal!
