Fried chicken with Asian inspired sauce

Ingredients
Chicken
- 2-4 pcs. Chicken Fillet - approx. 600 grams in strips
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Chili
- 1 tsp. Cilantro
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 0,5 tsp. White pepper
- 50 gram Flour
- 2 pcs. egg white
- 3 dl Oil for frying
Marinade
- 2 dl Soya
- 0,5 dl Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 pcs. Red pepper in strips
- 1 pcs. Yellow pepper in strips
Instructions
- Pour a grill starter and prepare the grill for direct heat.
- Heat a pot or wok over direct heat.
- Pour oil into the wok and heat it up.
- Turn the chicken strips in garlic powder, paprika, chili, coriander, cumin, white pepper, and flour.
- Carefully place the chicken strips in the hot oil and fry them, turning them with a slotted spoon. After about 8 minutes, take the chicken pieces out and place them on absorbent paper.
- Place a pan on the grill and pour a little oil on it, fry chopped garlic in the oil.
- Add red and yellow bell pepper strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the soy marinade into the pan with the bell peppers.
- Add the fried chicken pieces and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with noodles and a bit of chili sauce.
