Ingredients
- 1 package Bell Pepper mixed
- 1 pcs. Red Onion in wedges
- 2 cloves Garlic in slices
- 1 pcs. Chili sweet, in slices
- Fresh thyme a handful
- 6 gram Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 45 gram Vinegar
- Oil of good quality
Instructions
- Sauté onions - garlic and chili in oil in a pan. Then add the bell peppers and let them cook for 5-7 minutes until they become soft. Add vinegar and let it reduce. Add thyme and season with salt and pepper. Fill the bell peppers into a preserving jar and pour oil over to cover. Remember that the oil is super flavorful - use it for your dressings.
