
Recipe for flødebollekage
The Flødebollekagen; an old favorite, but perhaps the very cake you didn’t know you were missing for the upcoming weekend.
Absolutely brilliant no-bake, super quick, and top delicious! Flødeboller irresistibly mixed with macarons, chocolate, vanilla cream, and loads of fresh berries – yum, what a winner!
It is simple and lightning-fast to make, a bit fun, and tastes deeeelicious! Yes, I actually believe I love everything about this cake! And so will your family or guests when you whip up such a tasty beauty in no time.

Ingredients
Custard Cake
- 20 pcs. Macaroons cirka
- 50 gram Dark chocolate
- 300 gram Cream
- 200 gram Greek Yoghurt eller skyr
- 8 gram Powdered Sugar
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 9 pcs. Flødeboller - Danish Cream Puffs med chokolade
- Berry blandende friske bær og/eller frugt
Instructions
- Lightly crush the macaroons and sprinkle them at the bottom of a small dish (mine was 17x17cm).
- Roughly chop the chocolate and distribute 2/3 of it over the macaroons.
- Whip the cream to soft peaks and fold in the yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Spread 2/3 of the cream over the macaroon base.
- Press the chocolate-covered marshmallow treats into the dish – with their bases facing up.
- Spread the remaining vanilla cream over the treats.
- Top with fresh berries and the remaining chocolate.
