Fast dessert with Chocolate Marshmallow Teacakes and Daim
Ingredients
- 4 pcs. Chocolate Marshmallow Teacakes also called Chocolate-coated marshmallow treats and Chocolate Mallow Biscuit
- 100 gram Cookies I used danish almond cookie "makrons". Use any crumbly sweet cookie.
- 2,5 dl Cream
- 2 dl Sour Cream 0.18
- 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 300 gram Mixed berries
- 1 pcs. Daim chocolate bar
Instructions
- Crush the cookies and place them at the bottom of four glasses.
- Press a marshmallow biscuit, bottom up, onto the cookies in each glass.
- Whip the cream into a lightly whipped cream together with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar
- Fold crème fraiche into the whipped cream and distribute the mixture over the cookie base in the glasses.
- Top with mixed berries and chopped Daim.
