Recipe for deep-fried caper berries
Delicious deep-fried caper berries are easy to make and a delightful addition to a tartare or salad.
Caper berries are the fruits of the caper bush, whereas the smaller capers are the unopened flower buds.
Caper berries have a milder flavor than capers and are well-suited for a trip to the deep fryer.
