Recipe for daim cookies
This weekend, however, I found some time to make these daim cookies, which we had with coffee at my in-laws’ summer party that we attended yesterday.
We celebrated Denmark advancing to the semi-finals with cookies and beer.
I’m absolutely crazy about daim, and when I saw that they were on sale, I thought it had been a long time since I’d had cookies.
