Recipe for crispbread
Delicious, crispy crispbread with a nutty flavor from the many seeds and grains. Enjoy them as a snack, serve them with cheese, or crush them and sprinkle them over a soup or salad.
The crispbread is easy to make and tastes super good – and it’s also healthy with a high content of fiber and good fats.

Ingredients
- 35 gram Oatmeal
- 60 gram Sesame Seeds
- 55 gram Linseed
- 60 gram Sunflower Seeds
- 50 gram Pumpkin Seeds or chopped almonds
- 185 gram Wheat Flour or spelt flour
- 6 gram Salt
- 200 gram Water cold
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. The dough should be quite sticky. Place half of the dough on a piece of baking paper. Put another piece of baking paper over the dough and roll it out thinly between the two pieces of paper so the dough covers the entire surface. Repeat the process with the other half of the dough. Place the rolled-out dough pieces on separate baking trays. Remove the baking paper from the top of the dough on both trays. Bake the crispbread in the oven at 195 degrees Celsius (383 degrees Fahrenheit) convection for about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
If the crispbread is for gluten allergy sufferers, the wheat flour can be replaced by bean flour or another gluten-free flour.
