Recipe for crème fraîche sauce

This is a family recipe that has been used in our home for many, many years! For us, it is a wonderfully easy and delicious cold sauce that can be used with almost anything. My favorite is to serve it with pork tenderloin en croûte, but venison steaks and salmon are also a sure hit.

This recipe serves approximately 4 – 6 people, depending on what you use it for.

Ingredients

  • 350 gram Sour Cream
  • 24 gram Sweet mustard French
  • 3 gram Curry
  • 60 gram Pickles Finely chopped and pickled
  • 6 gram Coarse salt
  • Pepper From grinder
  • 15 gram Onion Raw and grated

Instructions

  • Start by finely chopping the onions.
  • Chop the pickles as well.
  • Mix crème fraîche, mustard, and curry and add onions and pickles.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
