Recipe for cold brew coffee
Cold brew coffee tastes great and is perfect for your iced coffee on a warm day on the terrace. It’s fantastic, but it takes between 12-24 hours to make. By using the sous vide technique, it can be made in “only” 2 hours instead. The taste is lovely, more rounded and mild, and it fits perfectly for an iced coffee on a summer day on the terrace.

Ingredients
- 0.5 dl Coffee
- 1 liters Water

- The cold brew coffee can be made in various ways depending on whether you can grind the beans yourself or what kind of beans you have at home. The coffee becomes quite strong quickly, so be careful not to make it too strong and use less coffee than usual.
Cold Brew Filter Coffee
Pour the coffee into a container with a lid. Pour in the water and stir well. Put the lid on and let it steep for 14 hours (minimum 12 hours and maximum 24 hours). Pour the coffee through a coffee filter and it is ready to serve.Cold Brew French Press Coffee
