Coffee Chocolate Mousse
Light and simple recipe for chocolate mousse with a coffee flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 dl Strong coffee
- 200 gram Dark chocolate
- 3.5 dl Whipping Cream room temperature cream
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a water bath. Once all the chocolate is completely melted, set it aside to cool on the kitchen counter.
- Whip the whipping cream into a light whipped cream, being careful not to over-whip.
- Stir the cooled coffee and chocolate together until it forms a uniform mixture.
- Stir 1/3 of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture to create a homogeneous mass.
- Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Divide the delicious coffee chocolate mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
- Take the mousse out about 10 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh berries, edible flowers, or whatever you prefer.
