
Recipe for coconut macaroons
A very easy and delicious recipe for the famous classic coconut macaroons.
The recipe uses condensed milk, which is milk reduced by evaporation and has a high sugar content. Therefore, it is not necessary to add extra sugar to the recipe, as the milk provides adequate sweetness.
Enjoy the coconut macaroons as a cake with coffee, or serve them as a small, easy dessert.

Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 300 gram Coconut Flour
- 200 gram Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Mix condensed milk and shredded coconut in a bowl.
- Stir the mixture until it is well combined.
- Using two teaspoons, form small peaks of the coconut mixture and shape them with your fingers dipped in cold water.
- Place the formed macaroons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake them for 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath.
- Once the macaroons have cooled, dip them in the melted chocolate.
- Let the chocolate harden before serving the cakes.
