Recipe for cocoa cookies
Cocoa cookies are a Christmas classic and a big favorite at our house. My husband and youngest son have always eaten them in large quantities, so for us, it’s not Christmas without them.
Fortunately, they are wonderfully easy to make, and sometimes it’s just lovely to make something you’ve made hundreds of times before – it becomes second nature. No fuss 🙂
The good old cookie recipes don’t get worse for being simple and straightforward. As I said, I’ve made them an incredible number of times, so I dare say they are really good!
