Recipe for coarse salsa
Our take on a delightful and simple chunky salsa that can be used as a side dish for most meals.
This version consists of tomatoes and onions.

- Knife
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 10 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes approximately
- 0.5 pcs. Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 16 gram Balsamic Vinegar
- 13.5 gram Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut your cherry tomatoes into quarters and dice your half onion into small cubes.
- 2. Put it together in a bowl with your pressed garlic.
- 3. Then add balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- 4. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
