Equipment
- Oven
Ingredients
- 280 gram Butter soft
- 280 gram Brown sugar
- 240 gram Sugar
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 480 gram Wheat Flour
- 9.6 gram Baking Soda
- 4.8 gram Baking Soda
- 4.2 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 400 gram Chocolate buttons or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Put butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture – it takes a couple of minutes. Feel free to use a stand mixer if you have one.
- Add the eggs while continuing to mix.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and sift them into the butter mixture. Mix the dough together with a wooden spoon or a spatula.
- Finally, fold the chocolate into the dough and mix everything well together.
- Let the dough rest – preferably for a couple of hours.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place dollops of dough, about 40 grams each, on it. Remember to leave plenty of space between each cookie, as the dough will spread out.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Let the freshly baked cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- If they are not all eaten at once, store them in a container with baking paper between the lid and the container.
