Recipe for chinese five spice blend

Five Spice, or Chinese Five-Spice, is a classic spice blend originating from Chinese cuisine. The combination of star anise, fennel seeds, cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, and cloves is truly unique, and there’s no mistaking its distinctive flavor when tasting a dish seasoned with it. Five Spice is ideal for various Chinese dishes such as char siu, Peking duck, and Szechuan chicken.

Five Spice can be used in marinades, stews, stir-fries, or as a dry rub for meat. It pairs well with pork, chicken, and vegetables and can also be added to sauces.
