Recipe for chickpea waffles
Crispy and soft protein-rich chickpea waffles.
These waffles taste just like “the real deal,” and they can both satisfy a sweet craving and serve as a nutritious and sensible breakfast. They were a big hit with my 3-year-old daughter, and since she isn’t eating much meat at the moment, it was a great way to sneak some protein into her diet.
