Recipe for chia pudding with green nicecream
Chia pudding looks sophisticated, but it can actually be ready in just a few minutes and can be varied endlessly. The protein-rich and fiber-rich chia seeds ensure you get a good start to the day and keep you full for a long time.
This chia pudding is sweetened a bit with vanilla sugar, and I’ve served it with creamy and fluffy nice cream made from, of course, frozen bananas, but also avocado and kiwi.
In its basic form, nice cream is simply blended, frozen bananas, but – like chia pudding, it can be varied and different flavorings can be added. This nice cream is fresh in flavor and pairs perfectly with the sweeter chia pudding.
On top, I have crunchy granola, fresh kiwis, and sweet bananas – together they provide a pretty perfect mix of sweet, tart, soft, and crunchy.
