Chia Pudding with Apple Compote, Granola, and Berry Sauce
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 36 gram Chia Seeds
- 200 gram Milk
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 50 gram Yogurt plain or skyr
Apple Compote
- 2 pcs. Apples
- 50 gram Water
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 12.5 gram Sugar
In addition
- 50 gram Granola
- Berry Sauce or berry compote
Instructions
Chia Pudding
- Mix chia seeds, milk, and vanilla sugar together and let it sit for about 20 minutes while you shower or pack lunches
- Then fold in the yogurt.
Apple Compote
- Peel the apples if you prefer, or leave the skin on for more texture, and cut the apples into cubes.
- Put them in a pot with water, vanilla sugar, and sugar.
- Let it simmer until the apples are tender and mash with a fork.
- Serve your chia pudding with apple compote, granola, and berry sauce.
