Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 36 gram Chia Seeds
  • 200 gram Milk
  • 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 50 gram Yogurt plain or skyr

Apple Compote

  • 2 pcs. Apples
  • 50 gram Water
  • 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 12.5 gram Sugar

In addition

  • 50 gram Granola
  • Berry Sauce or berry compote

Instructions

Chia Pudding

  • Mix chia seeds, milk, and vanilla sugar together and let it sit for about 20 minutes while you shower or pack lunches
  • Then fold in the yogurt.

Apple Compote

  • Peel the apples if you prefer, or leave the skin on for more texture, and cut the apples into cubes.
  • Put them in a pot with water, vanilla sugar, and sugar.
  • Let it simmer until the apples are tender and mash with a fork.
  • Serve your chia pudding with apple compote, granola, and berry sauce.
