Recipe for butter-fried pointed cabbage…. how to do it
Pointed cabbage tastes good both stewed, raw, fried, baked, grilled, and steamed. Additionally, it can be used in an incredible variety of dishes – both as an ingredient in the recipe and as a side dish, for example, to a piece of meat. Pointed cabbage also has a very high content of vitamin C.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pointed Cabbage
- 20 gram Butter
- 30 gram Lemon Juice
- Spices Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Divide the pointed cabbage lengthwise into two halves and remove the outer leaves. Melt butter in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet. When the butter is almost melted, place the two halves of the pointed cabbage in the skillet with the cut side down. After 2 minutes, pour half of the lemon juice into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Turn the cabbage over, pour in the remaining lemon juice, and season again with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and allow it to cook/simmer for 30 minutes. The cabbage is now ready to serve. Slice and serve immediately. Serve, for example, with chops in BBQ sauce.
