Recipe for brushed veal roast burger with grilled tomatoes

This burger with brushed veal cuvette and grilled tomatoes is a fantastic way to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal on the grill. The veal cuvette becomes tender and juicy when slow-grilled over indirect heat, and the seasoning oil adds a deep flavor that really elevates the dish. The grilled tomatoes add a sweet and slightly smoky taste, while the fresh salad and red onions provide a crispy element. The burger buns get perfectly toasted, and with a creamy burger dressing, you achieve a complete flavor experience. This recipe is ideal for a summer evening when you want to impress your guests with a gourmet burger made from scratch.
