Brownie on the Grill
Equipment
- Grill Grill temperature: 195 degrees Celsius (383 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Roasting Pan
Ingredients
- 150 gram Cane Sugar
- 4 pcs. Egg
- 125 gram Wheat Flour
- 50 gram Brown sugar
- 2 tsk Vanilla Sugar
- 250 gram Dark chocolate melted
- 150 gram Melted butter
Instructions
Kitchen
- Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
- Whisk sugar and eggs until airy.
- Carefully add flour, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar.
- Fold the chocolate butter into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking paper-lined baking pan/springform pan.
- It can be chilled for later use, increase baking time by 5 min if placing directly from refrigerator to grill.
Grill
- Set the grill to 195 degrees Celsius (383 degrees Fahrenheit). (For gas grill, indirect heat and use a baking stone)
- Place the brownie on the grill and bake it for about 20-25 mins.
- It should be soft, not runny. Let it cool down.
Serve
- Cut it into small squares and serve with ice cream and a little fresh fruit.
