Braided and Grilled Whole Corn with Parsley Butter

Ingredients
- 6 pcs. Corn On The Cob whole corn with husks
- ½ dl Olive Oil
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Herbs freshly chopped
- Salt and pepper
Topping
- 125 gram Butter Kærgården parsley butter
- Flake Salt
- Pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare the grill for direct heat with briquettes poured 50/50.
- Pull back the husks and remove the silk from the corn.
- Braid the husks and tie the end with a small kitchen string.
- Place the corn on the grill rack with the "braids" on indirect heat.
- Place the saucepan on the grill with oil, butter, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn with the butter mixture every time you turn the braided corn, about every 2-3 minutes for 12-14 minutes.
- Serve a good dollop of parsley butter on top of the hot grilled corn and sprinkle with flake salt and ground pepper.
