Recipe for blondies cake
Super delicious and easy blondies with grated orange zest.
Blondies (or brownies made with white chocolate) are a delicate alternative to the heavy brownie with dark or milk chocolate.
To become extra good and delicious, both blondies and brownies benefit from being baked the day before they are served. This way, they get the chance to set and become really fudgy and firm, as we know and love a good brownie (and blondie).
The chopped almonds and the chopped white chocolate contribute to a wonderful bite in these small blondie cakes. Yum!
