Recipe for black negroni
Negroni is an Italian classic cocktail, loved by most Italians.
A classic Negroni contains gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Had you asked me just a year ago, I would have said that Negroni is quite a dreadful cocktail. In the meantime, I have grown wiser and realized that it merely requires the right surroundings and occasions!
Sometimes I still struggle with it, while other times it tastes absolutely fantastic.
I decided to try making the classic Negroni in a new version: Black Negroni. It is made with a cherry-flavored bitter, so this version also has a taste that requires a bit of getting used to. After a few sips, it gets better and better!
