Recipe for beef stew with root vegetable mash
How about a super delicious stew on the menu?
This one, with beef, plenty of vegetables, and a spicy cream sauce, has exactly everything that’s great in a simmer dish…
I’ve used some good beef and for the vegetables, I have broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, and bell pepper. The sauce is flavored with tomato, paprika, and a bit of chili that gives a slight tingling sensation on the tongue – a truly delightful dish that can be ready in about half an hour.
I served it with a root vegetable mash, but it could also have been rice.
