Recipe for baked pasta with chicken, vegetables, and mornay sauce
Delightful one-dish meal right here; baked pasta with chicken, vegetables, and Mornay sauce.
At the same time indulgent and comfort food-like, yet rich in vegetables.
These one-dish meals are great for clearing out leftovers – just use what you have. In this one, besides chicken, I’ve used broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, and spinach – all wrapped in a creamy Mornay sauce and mixed with pasta – yum, what a winner.
The dish is easy; sauté the chicken and vegetables, mix with pasta and sauce. Then just into the dish, cheese on top, and into the oven – 15 minutes later you have delightful comfort food for the whole family.
