Ingredients
Baked porridge
- 1 pcs. Ripe Banana
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 100 gram Oatmeal
- 50 gram Milk
- 16 gram Peanut Butter
- 25 gram Chocolate chopped
- 8 gram Rye Flour
- 2.6 gram Cinnamon
- 2 gram Cardamom
- 4.8 gram Baking Soda
Topping
- 1 pcs. Banana
- Chocolate chopped
- Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Mix all the ingredients for the oatmeal well and pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper.
- Split the last banana and place on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and walnuts.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the oatmeal is golden.
- Serve and enjoy!
