Recipe for baked garlic
Baked garlic may sound like something very simple. And it certainly is – but not in a boring way!
It is an incredibly simple side dish to prepare, yes, but when garlic is baked, it’s as if magic happens in the oven. The flavor becomes round and mild, and the garlic becomes as soft as butter, so it can actually be spread on a slice of bread.
Baking garlic is really no science, and it doesn’t require any special skills in the kitchen. Still, baked garlic is something that seems like a little extra and somewhat special side dish on the table – so it’s very cheap points to earn!
You can eat the baked garlic with a good steak. It pairs incredibly well – or you can, for example, choose to mix the baked garlic into sour cream and make your very own homemade garlic dressing.
